Privacy Policy.
We publish our prices; we’ll be just as plain about your data. Here’s what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Beqick Consultancy Services LLP, a growth agency, studio and AI lab based in Hyderabad, India. When this policy says “we”, that’s us.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number — only when you type them into a form on this site (booking the Scan, joining a waitlist, requesting a PDF). If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect standard usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. Separately, and on every visit, we measure page-loading speed with Vercel Speed Insights — which sets no cookies, reads nothing from your device and collects nothing that identifies you. That’s the list.
Cookies, and the choice you get
Two kinds, and you control one of them.
Strictly necessary — always on. One cookie, bq_scan. It is set only after you pay for the ₹999 Growth Gap Scan, and it is what proves that payment was verified so you can reach the scheduling step. It is signed, readable only by our server (HttpOnly), expires after 45 minutes, and holds just the details you typed into the booking form. Without it the booking flow cannot work, so it is exempt from consent.
Analytics and advertising — only if you say yes. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, which set their own cookies to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform. These scripts are not loaded at all until you press Accept on the cookie bar. Choose Essential only and they are never loaded — not deferred, not loaded-but-idle. Not loaded.
Not a cookie: performance measurement. Vercel Speed Insights records how quickly pages load and render. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you, so it runs on every visit regardless of your choice above. We use it only to keep the site fast.
Changing your mind. Your choice is stored in your browser and we don’t ask again. To change it, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page — that reopens the bar. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiries, to deliver the PDFs you ask for to your email or WhatsApp, and to deliver the services you’ve engaged us for. We don’t collect data we don’t use.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this site work: hosting, analytics and messaging platforms. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t hand it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until the purpose it was collected for is served, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, or raise a grievance about how we’ve handled it. To exercise any of these, write to our Grievance Officer below — we respond, and we don’t make you chase us.
